  • Overcoming self-doubt
  • Developing self-care
  • Self-reflection
  • Making things right after messing up
  • Grief
  • Workplace issues
  • Study stress
  • Body image
  • Relationship dynamics
  • Healthy boundary setting
  • Exploring sexual identity
  • Relationship break-ups
  • Feelings of anxiety and worry
  • Changing a behaviour
  • Feelings of stuck-ness
  • Building self esteem
  • Building confidence
  • Achieving goals
  • Feelings of anger
  • Working through guilt or shame
  • Stress management
  • Career direction
  • Alcohol and drug use
  • Friendship issues
  • Family dynamics
  • Isolation and loneliness

My training focused on Narrative Therapy, which strongly influences my work with clients. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing approaches into therapy. You will find that my counselling style is warm, non-judgemental and encouraging.
