No matter what our situation, most of us could find ways to improve our sense of wellbeing, maximise our movement towards goals, and strengthen our relationships with ourselves and others. I love helping people to find the tools, clarity, and confidence to make these positive changes.
I understand that embracing change and letting go of old patterns of belief and behaviour can be hard. But if the past decade of clinical experience has taught me anything, it is that when people receive the right kind of support and guidance, they can push through all kinds of barriers to get where they want to go.
Mixing clinical expertise with a warm, collaborative approach, I focus on helping adults to harness their strengths, skills and passions as they move forward. The areas in which I help people to develop include the following:

- Building resilience
- Managing emotions so that they work for you, rather than against you
- Building confidence
- Setting and attaining meaningful goals
- Boosting interpersonal communication skills
- Reframing thought patterns
I am experienced in diagnosing and helping people to address a wide range of mental health issues. I can draw upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, DBT) to customise an approach that is right for the individual.
